Paul D. Robichaud MACAM, MACP, RP.
Registered Psychotherapist
Paul is a fully trained EFT couples’ therapist. He holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. He is currently a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a registered psychotherapist. Paul has an extensive history working with couples, families and individuals. He identifies and practices through a humanistic Rogerian lens taking an eclectic person-centered approach that includes elements of EFT, CBT, and ACT among others. Paul has gained an appreciation and greater understanding of the complicating factors, stressors, and needs associated with military family culture from his time as the Youth and Family Counsellor at the Trenton Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC).
Janie Pichette B.A, B.S.W, M.S.W., R.S.W
Registered Social Worker
Janie is the team’s bilingual clinician (French / English) and has been practicing social work in both official languages for over 15 years. Janie loves direct practice with individuals and families, particularly within a counselling setting, and aims to support them in creating lasting positive changes. Janie has completed her Masters in Social Work and endeavours to serve and benefit our community. Janie has worked for over 6 years with the Trenton Military Family Resource Centre’s Mental Health Team and, most recently, has worked on a multidisciplinary team supporting medically releasing military members and their families / support systems.
Dr. Naomi Gryfe Saperia, Ph.D., C. Psych.
Consulting Psychologist
Dr. Naomi Gryfe Saperia is a registered Clinical and Health Psychologist. She offers virtual therapy to clients across Ontario, helping them cope with the emotional toll of caring for someone with a physical or mental illness/disability.

As a passionate advocate for caregiver support, Dr. Gryfe Saperia has been published in numerous medical and psychological journals and has been featured on provincial and national platforms. Shelby Bamford MACP, RP.
Registered Psychotherapist
Shelby is a Registered Psychotherapist, she holds a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Shelby is passionate about working with grief and anxiety; however, also enjoys working with a variety of presenting concerns that impact your attention and wellness. Shelby uses a variety of modalities including but not limited to Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Client Centred Approach. She strongly believes that therapeutic rapport is very important to client success. Shelby is eager to hear your collection of life experiences and support the complexities that you’re arriving with.
Krystal De Melo-Patton MACP, RP (Qualifying)
Registered Psychotherapist
Krystal is a dedicated and compassionate qualifying therapist who is registered with the CRPO. She specializes in working with both adult individuals and children. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by military families and first responders, she brings a wealth of personal and professional experience. She is particularly passionate about supporting military families, drawing on her own background as part of a military family and her 15 years of service in law enforcement. Krystal is equally committed to extending her expertise and compassion to others in the area, recognizing the unique challenges diverse communities face.
Krystal employs a holistic blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered approaches to assist her clients in navigating life’s challenges and achieving their goals. Her approach is based on empathy, resilience, and a strong dedication to the well-being of her clients. Whether working with children or adults, Krystal is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and effective therapeutic environment.
Brooke Chesher CYW, BA CYC, MACP, RP (Q), PT.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Play Therapist
Brooke holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Before pursuing her masters, Brooke achieved her Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care and Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Work. Brooke is currently a qualifying member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, as well as a registered member of the Canadian Association for Play Therapy. Brooke has been working in the field of mental health supporting children and youth for more than 5 years. Brooke strives to creatively adapt to your child’s needs during a session, providing a fun and safe environment. Brooke will ensure that the activities in session are rooted in the foundation of evidence-based practices for the developing brain. Brooke is deeply passionate about working in children’s mental health and providing the community with continued access to child and youth mental health services.
Elissa Robichaud BA (Honors)
Clinical Intake Worker
Elissa holds a Bachelors of Arts Honors degree majoring in psychology from Queen’s University. She is currently enrolled in the Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and looks forward to joining the team in providing psychotherapy. Elissa is excited to work as the team clinical intake worker while completing her program.
