Paul D. Robichaud MACAM, MACP, RP.
Registered Psychotherapist
Paul is a fully trained EFT couples’ therapist. He holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. He is currently a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a registered psychotherapist. Paul has an extensive history working with couples, families and individuals. He identifies and practices through a humanistic Rogerian lens taking an eclectic person-centered approach that includes elements of EFT, CBT, and ACT among others. Paul has gained an appreciation and greater understanding of the complicating factors, stressors, and needs associated with military family culture from his time as the Youth and Family Counsellor at the Trenton Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) and as a Co-Author of the Military Dads program.

Krystal De Melo-Patton MACP, RP
Registered Psychotherapist
Krystal Patton is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) who brings warmth, authenticity, and a wealth of life experience to her work with clients. With over 15 years of experience in law enforcement and personal experience as a military spouse, she understands that life can be both rewarding and challenging. Krystal is passionate about helping people navigate difficult seasons, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths in a supportive and compassionate environment.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Krystal works with adults, children, adolescents, and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. Her approach is collaborative and practical, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients build on their strengths and move toward their goals.

Krystal has completed additional training in trauma therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2, allowing her to support individuals working through difficult experiences and couples looking to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and navigate conflict more effectively.

She has a special understanding of the unique challenges faced by first responders, military members, veterans, and their families. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to talk, Krystal is committed to helping you find hope, resilience, and a path forward.

Jennifer Aronson, MSW, RSW
Clinical and Medical Social Worker
Jennifer is a registered social worker with over 25 years of experience in clinical and medical social work, providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She holds a Master of Social Work and is a registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Jennifer supports clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and caregiver stress. Her practice includes couples therapy, adolescent support, trauma-informed care, and elder care, with a focus on helping clients build resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.

She integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based practices. Jennifer provides a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where clients can gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and move toward their personal goals.

Dhalia is a warm and empathetic therapist dedicated to providing highly individualistic, client-centered care. As a registered member of the CRPO, Dhalia has a particular passion for working with couples and a strong educational background in supporting clients through sexuality-centered concerns, while also deeply valuing her work with individuals. Dhalia’s practice is grounded in EFT, CBT and PCT, yet she takes an expansive and flexible approach, tailoring her methods to each client’s unique needs. This includes integrating specialized training, such as her certification in CBT-I from Queen’s faculty of Medicine for the treatment of insomnia. Above all, Dhalia strives to create a safe, collaborative, and empowering space where clients feel understood and supported in achieving meaningful change and meeting their goals.

Sharlene Weitzman MSW, RSW, CPT-S, LLM
Clinical and Forensic Social Worker.
Sharlene is a clinical leader with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and organizational management. She specializes in high-risk youth services, child advocacy, and forensic assessment in high-conflict separation and divorce cases. She provides trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy and integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches. She is also a certified play therapist and play therapy supervisor.

In addition to her clinical work, Sharlene provides supervision to Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists. She previously served as Regional Clinical Supervisor with the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, within the Ministry of the Attorney General, where she supported complex child and family matters.

Chris is a seasoned addiction specialist, registered psychotherapist, and professor with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families affected by addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Using a trauma-informed, harm reduction, and client-centred approach, Chris draws on evidence-based therapies to help clients create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for them. Chris also specializes in behavioural addictions, including gambling, gaming, and technology overuse, and has extensive experience supporting first responders. Chris is committed to providing a safe, collaborative space where clients can build resilience, replace unhelpful patterns, and move forward in their recovery and overall well-being.

With experience in office administration, human resources, and both childcare and educational environments, she is dedicated to providing professional and compassionate support to clients and team members alike. Fully bilingual in English and French, Jessica values creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who connects with the practice.
Brooke Chesher CYW, BA CYC, MACP, RP (Q), PT.

Brooke holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Before pursuing her masters, Brooke achieved her Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care and Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Work. Brooke is currently a qualifying member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, as well as a registered member of the Canadian Association for Play Therapy. Brooke has been working in the field of mental health supporting children and youth for more than 5 years. Brooke strives to creatively adapt to your child’s needs during a session, providing a fun and safe environment. Brooke will ensure that the activities in session are rooted in the foundation of evidence-based practices for the developing brain.
