As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Krystal works with adults, children, adolescents, and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. Her approach is collaborative and practical, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients build on their strengths and move toward their goals.
Krystal has completed additional training in trauma therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2, allowing her to support individuals working through difficult experiences and couples looking to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and navigate conflict more effectively.
She has a special understanding of the unique challenges faced by first responders, military members, veterans, and their families. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to talk, Krystal is committed to helping you find hope, resilience, and a path forward.

Jennifer supports clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and caregiver stress. Her practice includes couples therapy, adolescent support, trauma-informed care, and elder care, with a focus on helping clients build resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
She integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based practices. Jennifer provides a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where clients can gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and move toward their personal goals.

In addition to her clinical work, Sharlene provides supervision to Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists. She previously served as Regional Clinical Supervisor with the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, within the Ministry of the Attorney General, where she supported complex child and family matters.
